UX research project to review and map out the entire hiring system for new employees and consultant. Worked in Figma and cross-border with the international teams in Poland and France.

I developed customer journeys for Västtrafik users. Shaped how they interact with the app, emotional states, activities, problem areas and suggestions for improvement.

In this project we created a brand new website for Småtrollen, a small preschool with a focus on usability and minimum maintanance.
